Job Description
Location: Columbus, OH
Pay: $18–20/hour (depending on experience)
Bonuses:
$500 after 90 days
$1,000 after 180 days
$2,000 after 1 year
$3,000 after 2 years
Increases annually by $1,000 until capped at $5,000
Schedule: Full-time, half-day Saturdays, on-call as neededResponsibilities:
Indoor swimming pool maintenance, including water testing and equipment upkeep
Electronic lock systems troubleshooting and repair
PTAC unit maintenance and repair (hotel room A/C units)
Servicing hotel ice machines, washers, and dryers
Light plumbing: clogs, faucets, toilet repairs, etc.
Light electrical: outlets, switches, basic wiring
General hotel facilities upkeep (guest rooms, public spaces)
Responding promptly to guest and staff repair requests
Keeping maintenance logs and following all safety proceduresPreferred Background:
Hotel maintenance experience preferred, but apartment or light commercial building maintenance is acceptable
Pool chemical knowledge and repair experience required
1–3 years of maintenance experience is idealPerks & Benefits:
