ComResource is looking for an IT Incident Manager Analyst.
We need someone to assist in monitoring, analyzing, and resolving IT incidents, ensuring timely service restoration and process improvement.
Responsibilities:
Monitor and manage incident tickets for timely resolution
Investigate, diagnose, and resolve incidents with minimal downtime
Communicate incident status to stakeholders and escalate when necessary
Document incident details and troubleshooting steps
Analyze incident data to identify trends and process improvements
Essentials:
2+ years with ServiceNow in incident management
ITIL v3 or v4 Foundation (or willingness to obtain)
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple incidents
Desired:
Power BI report development
Experience with 24/7 rotational support
