Monday-Friday, 8:30am-5:00pm
Grandview, Ohio (Remote)
What you’ll be doing:
Communicate with customers via phone, email, chat, and text message
Learning about all the products the company has to offer
Upselling new products to customers (Upselling is required with all phone contacts. Hard selling is not permitted. We use a consultative and suggestive sales technique based on educating the customer about the product)
Typical calls are placing an order, helping to place an order, billing, product & website questions, canceling and changing orders, or subscriptions (A typical day is 50-100 phone calls or a combination of phone, email, and chat of 50-200+ contacts)
Who we’re looking for:
Solid job tenure
At least 6 months of contact center experience in customer service, sales, or a collections environment
High School Diploma or GED required, ability to perform basic math functions, addition, subtraction, multiplication, and division
Basic computer, internet, and email skills needed. Ability to learn basic order management system (mouse-driven point-and-click navigation)
Willingness to learn

Dedication to helping others (such as previous work in customer service, education, health care, hospitality, retail)
Strong technical skills to communicate with customers via phone, email, chat, and text message
