Description

Purpose:

The Centralized Dispatcher is responsible for routing and scheduling all deliveries and pickups for the division. This role requires robust data analytics and communication skills to ensure that trucks are routed efficiently, and issues are proactively and effectively communicated.

Key Responsibilities:

Schedule and dispatch workers, crews, or equipment based on customer needs and job specifications.

Monitor personnel and equipment locations to optimize utilization and service delivery.

Communicate work orders and updates between crews, supervisors, and customers via phone or radio.

Maintain accurate records of service requests, schedules, work performed, and related expenses.

Address customer inquiries and coordinate solutions for service issues or scheduling conflicts.

Qualifications

Qualifications:

High School Graduate or General Education Degree (GED): Required

2 plus years of experience in related field

Must be proficient in the use of Qualcomm, Outlook, Google Maps, Shoretel, and Eclipse or other ER
