Large Multi-Billion Dollar manufacturing company located in Jackson Michigan is looking for a Controls Engineer JOB DUTIES Responsible for controls system design, specifications, documentation, programming, troubleshooting, testing and installation for automations and manufacturing equipment.Responsible for all software driven controls and process controls including temperature, position, force and control.New program launches: Assist with planning, design, construction, installation of automationKey duties include, machine troubleshooting and repair, line support, upgrading machine controls, improving manufacturing throughput.

Support Run at Rates.Plant improvement initiatives: Support Kaizen projects.

Controls for and installations of Poke-Yokes.

REQUIREDBachelor’s Degree3+ years working as a Controls Engineer in a plant manufacturing environmentKnowledge of NEC (national electric code),PLC and HMI programming, vision system implementation, computer skills, AutoCAD or other
