Technical Trainer

Position: Technical Trainer Compensation: $30 - $37 /hour Location: Lenexa, Kansas Inceed has partnered with a great company to help find a skilled Technical Training Analyst for their team!

This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced professional to develop technical training materials and conduct engaging training sessions.

You'll work closely with technical managers and specialists to convey complex concepts to diverse audiences.

This role is open due to the company's growth and need for enhanced training capabilities.

Key Responsibilities:\tResearch and maintain up to date knowledge in core technology and applications\tIdentify and address training needs\tDevelop training materials in a variety of formats\tFacilitate training sessions\tUpdate resource materials based on feedback and updates\tPartner with stakeholders for effective customer service and consultation\tConvey complex technical concepts to non-technical audiences\tCollect and maintain training data for performance indicators\tSupport external vendor-provided training with end users Required Qualifications & Experience:\tExperience delivering technical content to diverse audiences\t2+ years with content authoring tools like Articulate 360, Camtasia, Adobe Creative Suite\tExperience designing and delivering technical training solutions Nice to Have Skills & Experience:\tAPTD or CPTD Certification\tExperience in the construction industry Perks & Benefits:\tVoluntary and Long-term disability insurance\tPaid time off, 401k, and holiday pay\tWeekly direct deposit or pay card deposit If you are interested in learning more about the Technical Trainer opportunity, please submit your resume.
