Description

We are seeking a Relief Route Sales, in the Twin Cities, MN Area!

We are seeking a motivated Relief Route Sales to manage 40-60 accounts, ensuring product availability, proper display, and customer satisfaction. You will handle over 150 products, manage displays, and generate new sales.

Key Responsibilities:

Ensure product stock, rotation, and merchandising meet company standards

Maintain good customer relations and timely service

Set up and maintain displays

Order and manage product inventory

Load/unload delivery truck and report maintenance issues

Complete paperwork accurately and participate in meetings Qualifications:

High school diploma or equivalent

Clean driving record for 2 years

Strong math and communication skills

Retail or direct store delivery experience preferred

Valid Class D driver's license

Good Driving Record

Effective Communication Skills

Strong Work Ethic

Well Organized

Self-Motivated

Ability to perform physical work associated with Route Truck loading, delivery, and in-store merchandising Physical Requirements:

Lift up to 50 lbs; push/pull up to 150 lbs

Stand, bend, and kneel for extended periods

Work in various weather conditions Must be able to pass a drug screen and DOT Physical Examination.

Some travel required, Mileage and Meal Reimbursement.

Experience preferred, but not required, if you are the right person.
