Our client, a world leader in diagnostics and life sciences, is looking for a Sr. Business Systems Analyst (SAP) to be based in Branchburg, NJ.

Job Duration: Long Term Contract (Possibility Of Extension)

Job Summary:

The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of business processes in the manufacturing, quality, and maintenance domains, coupled with strong expertise in SAP user support and training.

Key Responsibilities:

Provide hands-on support for end-users across manufacturing, quality, and plant maintenance functions. Resolve issues, answer questions, and assist users in troubleshooting SAP-related problems in daily operations.

Lead change management activities related to SAP implementations and enhancements. Assess impact, develop change strategies, and ensure smooth adoption of new SAP processes and features.

Analyzes complex business processes, data, and stakeholder needs to determine optimal means of meeting those needs.

Conducts analysis, design, evaluation, modification, testing, and implementation of enterprise business systems.

Qualifications:

7+ years of experience in business analysis, with at least 3 years in a lead or senior role supporting SAP users, particularly in manufacturing, quality, and plant maintenance domains.

Experience in user support, change management, training, and validation for SAP applications.

Strong understanding of SAP modules related to Manufacturing (PP), Quality (QM), and Plant Maintenance (PM).

Familiarity with SAP user roles, authorizations, and processes specific to manufacturing and maintenance operations.

Experience working in regulated environments, particularly in industries such as pharmaceuticals is preferred.

Knowledge of Agile methodologies or experience working in Agile project teams.
