Job Summary:

They are seeking a highly skilled Digital Operations Systems Analyst who will provide advanced technical support and ensure the stability and performance of applications and systems within a .NET environment.

Responsibilities:

Providing advanced technical support and troubleshooting complex issues.

Ensuring the stability and performance of applications and systems.

Diagnosing and resolving bugs, collaborating with support teams to address user inquiries and enhance product functionality.

Analyzing user feedback and performance metrics to identify areas for enhancement and implementing updates.

Creating and maintaining technical documentation and assisting in Change Management activities.

Incorporating innovative solutions into offerings by staying current with emerging technologies and industry trends.

Qualifications:

Required:

3-5 years work experience in an IT specifically within a .NET environment.

Strong experience with .NET Framework, ASP.NET, C#, and related technologies.

Knowledgeable in SQL Server or other database management systems.

Experience with developing PL/SQL to analyze Database data.

Proficient in troubleshooting and debugging .NET applications.

Experience with web services (REST/SOAP) and API integrations.

Knowledge of application performance monitoring tools and techniques such as Splunk or App Dynamics.

Familiarity with version control systems (e.g., Git, TFS).

Knowledgeable in using ServiceNow or other ticketing systems.

Familiarity on DevOps pipeline (i.e. Octopus, Team City..)

Preferred:

Health Insurance business knowledge

Knowledgeable in use of AI tools and technology.

Experience with cloud platforms (e.g., Azure, AWS) and DevOps practices.

Knowledge of Agile methodologies and experience working in Agile teams.

ITIL certification or experience with IT service management frameworks.

Bachelor's degree preferred/specialized training/relevant professional qualification.
