Job Details

As a Senior Application Developer, you'll design, build, and maintain the tools and applications that drive core operations and enhance the customer experience. This is an opportunity to make a direct impact on technology strategy in a purpose-driven, fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:

Design and maintain internal business-critical applications

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance functionality and user experience

Troubleshoot technical issues and deliver scalable solutions

Build out new features for both internal stakeholders and external customers

Own technical projects from concept through deployment

What You'll Bring

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field-or equivalent work experience

5-7+ years of hands-on software development experience

Proficiency in:

Python, PHP (Laravel)

JavaScript (Vue.js/Node.js), HTML/CSS

SQL/Postgres or similar RDBMS

Strong foundation in object-oriented design and software architecture

Experience with AWS, ETL/ELT tools (like Matillion) a plus

Excellent problem-solving and multitasking skills
