Swiderski Transport is an integral part of our success at Swiderski Equipment, ensuring equipment is efficiently and safely picked up and delivered. Swiderski Transport hauls equipment to and from customer locations, internally between our 5 locations and picks up new equipment from our various vendors. This position allows our drivers to be home every night! Our drivers must be ambitious and self-motivated with the ability to operate various pieces of equipment. We are looking for someone who brings a high level of customer service and good communication skills to the job. Our most successful employees possess a positive attitude and a strong work ethic, along with a dedication to providing the highest level of customer service.

What Youll Do

Operate company truck and trailer, transporting equipment between Swiderski Equipment locations and customer sites.

Load and unload equipment in a safe and secure manner

Complete all necessary paperwork, including daily mileage logs and requested customer paperwork

Communicate with trucking coordinator and store personnel to meet delivery deadlines and expectations

Day to day responsibilities could vary with new responsibilities introduced often and will require someone who is organized and able to complete long-term projects while simultaneously solving day to day problems

Complete work in a safe, professional and timely manner

What It Takes

Possess a valid commercial drivers license with insurable driving history

Must be able to pass a DOT Physical

Ability to work a varied schedule, based on business needs

At least 3 years of driving experience
