Accurately enter prescription orders into the pharmacy system.

Verify patient information, insurance details, and medication data.

Communicate with prescribers and patients to clarify orders when needed.

Assist pharmacists in preparing and processing medication orders.

Maintain patient confidentiality and comply with HIPAA regulations.

Support inventory management and ensure timely order fulfillment.

Collaborate with pharmacy staff to ensure smooth workflow and excellent customer service.

Qualifications:

High school diploma or equivalent required.

Certified Pharmacy Technician (CPhT) preferred.

Previous experience in pharmacy order entry or retail pharmacy setting is a plus.

Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.

Proficient in pharmacy software and basic computer applications.

Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
