We’re looking for enthusiastic individuals to fill a variety of hospitality roles, including Banquet Servers, Restaurant Servers, Bartenders, Hosts, and Food Runners/ Bussers.

BANQUET SERVER

Responsibilities:

Serve food and beverages to guests in a professional and timely manner during events and brunches.

Set up banquet tables, ensuring they are properly arranged and decorated according to event specifications.

Clear tables efficiently and promptly, ensuring a clean and organized environment for guests.

Collaborate with the event team to coordinate timing and ensure smooth service throughout the event.

Communicate effectively with guests and colleagues, responding to inquiries and addressing any concerns or special requests.

Assist in the setup and breakdown of event spaces, including tables, chairs, linens and decorations.

Adhere to all food safety and sanitation guidelines to maintain a clean and hygienic work environment.

Work as a team player, supporting and assisting fellow banquet staff as needed.

Uphold a high standard of customer service, ensuring a positive and enjoyable experience for all guests.

RESTAURANT SERVER

Responsibilities:

Provide exceptional customer service to guests and members in a fine dining restaurant setting.

Have a comprehensive understanding of all menus, including brunch, lunch, dinner, and special menus.

Stay updated on any menu changes and communicate them to customers effectively.

Present new dishes on the menu to customers, highlighting their features and ingredients.

Memorize wine and drink pairings with food dishes to offer recommendations to guests.

Understand and stay updated on the weekly Bistro Special menus and provide detailed information to customers.

Take accurate food and beverage orders from customers and enter them into the POS system.

Serve food and beverages promptly and accurately.

Address any customer inquiries, concerns, or special requests in a professional and timely manner.

Collaborate with other restaurant staff, including kitchen and bar teams, to ensure smooth service and customer satisfaction.

Maintain cleanliness and organization of work stations, dining areas, and service areas.

Adhere to all food safety and sanitation regulations to maintain a clean and hygienic environment.

Uphold a high standard of professionalism and exceptional service, meeting and exceeding customer expectations.

RESTAURANT BARTENDER

Responsibilities:

Prepare and serve a wide range of beverages, including cocktails, mixed drinks, wine, beer, and non-alcoholic beverages, with precision and creativity.

Demonstrate an in-depth knowledge of our drink menus, including signature cocktails, wine selections, and beer offerings.

Familiarize yourself with our food menus to provide accurate recommendations and pairings to enhance the dining experience for guests.

Engage with guests, take drink and food orders, and provide exceptional customer service throughout their visit.

Prepare garnishments, mix ingredients, and utilize proper techniques to ensure the quality and consistency of beverages.

Handle cash, credit card, and Member account charges accurately, following proper cash handling procedures.

Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area, including bar equipment, glassware, and utensils.

Collaborate with the kitchen and serving staff to ensure timely delivery of food and beverages.

Stay up to date with current industry trends, including new cocktails, spirits, and mixology techniques.

Adhere to all liquor laws and regulations, practicing responsible alcohol service and monitoring guest consumption.

Uphold a high standard of professionalism, attentiveness, and efficiency in a high-paced environment.

HOST

Responsibilities:

Oversee table assignments and seating arrangements, ensuring efficient seating of dining guests.

Communicate with servers to determine availability and manage table distribution to balance workload among servers.

Greet guests with a warm welcome and provide them with menus, guiding them to their designated table.

Answer incoming phone calls promptly and professionally, providing information, taking reservations, and answering customer inquiries.

Stay informed about club events, promotions, and activities to provide accurate information to guests.

Assist guests in registering for events and making reservations, offering recommendations and insights.

Maintain a professional and organized reservation system, ensuring accurate recording of guest information and special requests.

Manage and update the reservation book, monitor table availability, and maximize seating capacity.

Communicate with the kitchen and serving staff to ensure a smooth flow of service and timely seating of guests.

Provide assistance and support to guests as needed, addressing concerns, and resolving any issues that arise.

Coordinate with other host/hostess team members to ensure seamless transitions between shifts and provide consistent service.

Maintain a clean and organized host/hostess station, including menus, promotional materials, and reservation supplies.

Hostesses have the opportunity to earn tips on carry-out orders.

FOOD RUNNER/ BUSSER

Responsibilities:

Deliver prepared food from the kitchen to tables promptly, ensuring accuracy, presentation, and adherence to special requests.

Support servers by refilling beverages, assisting with bread service, and clearing dishes as needed.

Clear, reset, and sanitize tables efficiently to maintain a smooth flow of service.

Maintain cleanliness and organization in both the dining area and kitchen, including trash, bus stations, and floor areas.

Replenish table supplies such as napkins, condiments, and utensils.

Collaborate closely with front-of-house and back-of-house teams to ensure seamless operations and guest satisfaction.

Communicate guest feedback or special requests to the appropriate staff members.

Uphold safety, sanitation, and food-handling standards at all times.

Demonstrate professionalism, attentiveness, and teamwork throughout service.Company Description
