Job Title: Receiving Associate
Location: Telford, TN
Reports To: Receiving Supervisor / Warehouse Manager
Position Summary:
The Receiving Associate is responsible for unloading, inspecting, and processing incoming shipments to ensure accuracy, quality, and timely stocking of inventory. This role is critical to maintaining accurate inventory records and supporting smooth warehouse operations.
Key Responsibilities:
Unload incoming shipments from trucks, containers, or delivery vehicles using appropriate equipment (pallet jacks, forklifts, etc.).
Verify shipment contents against purchase orders and packing lists to ensure accuracy.
Inspect products for damages, defects, or discrepancies and report issues to the supervisor.
Sort, label, and route materials to appropriate storage locations.
Accurately record received items in warehouse management or inventory systems.
Assist with inventory control tasks, including cycle counts and stock rotation.
Maintain a clean and organized receiving area in compliance with safety regulations.
Operate warehouse equipment safely and follow all company safety protocols.
Collaborate with shipping, inventory, and production teams to support overall warehouse efficiency.
Qualifications:
High school diploma or equivalent required.
Prior warehouse receiving experience preferred, but not required (training provided).
Basic computer and data entry skills; familiarity with AS400/Sap preferred
Ability to lift and move up to [50 lbs] regularly.
Strong attention to detail and accuracy in documentation.
Good communication skills and ability to work in a team environment.
Reliable attendance and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
Work Environment:
Warehouse setting with frequent standing, walking, bending and lifting
Use of warehouse tools and equipment, including scanners and pallet jacks.

Dock stocker Forklift
Monday - Friday, 1:00 pm to 9:30 pm
