The Program Manager (PM) is responsible for the execution of company programs including cost, schedule, and technical performance. The PM oversees program life-cycle and manages all activities necessary to meet business goals and objectives. Acting as the central focal point and authority for one or more Programs' execution, the PM provides a single point of contact for program activities to both internal and external customers. The PM is responsible for developing, implementing and maintaining program plans which include, budget costs, schedule, scope, resource plan, etc. This position works closely with members of cross functional groups including; engineering, operations, marketing, sales, tech support to ensure continuity in program and company goals. The PM is also responsible for adhering to and promoting the company values by performing duties in a manner that is consistent with being a team leader and supports the continued growth of the company.

What You Will Do:

Management of the program throughout the program's life-cycle. Ensures internal and external customer alignment and manage overall customer satisfaction

Aligns and informs stakeholders of program's status and health. Leads program meetings and program reviews with the customer and executive staff

Develops and maintains program plans including budget, Estimate at Completion (EAC), resource allocation, and communications

Supports the creation and maintenance of product requirements

Manages potential changes in program scope and advise leadership and customer of potential impact

Actively supports the Business Development/Marketing/Sales team in bidding and capturing opportunities

Assists and/or coordinates the preparation of cost and technical proposals

Ensures adherence to Company policies and processes

Manage and coordinate all aspects of product development life-cycle, product changes and product improvements, including development procedures, specifying components and product deployment, launch and sustainment

Manage and communicate product information, performance, and feedback for both internal and external customers that yield insights used to continuously improve customer experience

Participate in pricing and competitive analysis by customer channel and recommend strategies to improve market position, improve quality or reduce costs.

Contribute to product database that encompasses product specifications, documentation, training, release/patch notes, feature sets, artwork and catalog copy for dealer co-op advertising and catalogs programs.

Establish and maintain relationships with vendors and internal stakeholders to help facilitate the completion of projects on time and within budget

Play an integral role in the establishment of a near, mid and long-term product roadmap that aligns to market demand and prospect

Perform other duties as assigned.

Requirements

Bachelor's degree in Business or Engineering related field is required or equivalent combination of education, training, and experience

Minimum 3-5 years of experience in Program Management specifically in Software/Game Development

Deep knowledge/experience of agile and waterfall project management methodologies.

Proven track record of running multiple, successful projects

Experienced managing firm fixed price and cost type programs and developing risk management & mitigation plans

Deep knowledge of Project Management methods, tools and processes (MS Project or Smartsheet)

Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook and MS Project)

Some travel required (up to 20%)

Five years of product management experience in a highly technical environment

Experience managing multiple projects in a fast-paced environment

Excellent verbal and written communication skills

Ability to synthesize data and provide clear recommendations
