Our client, an innovative distributor of quality curated Korean skincare brands, is looking for a Business Developer to spearhead growth in the Italian and UK markets. This is an exciting opportunity for someone with proven B2B sales skills and a talent for building lasting relationships with retailers and distributors.
Your mission: Introduce selected Korean brands to major beauty retailers, outlets and distributors.

Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct B2B prospecting (primarily cold calling) using leads provided via CRM.
- Send and follow up on commercial messages (WhatsApp, email) to potential partners.
- Log all activity with daily CRM updates and participate in weekly 1:1 meetings.
- Research new leads where needed.
- Suggest creative ideas and strategies to accelerate growth.
- Provide market insights and feedback to refine sales strategies.
- Maintain a client and partnership database, ensuring exceptional follow-up and customer care.
- Build relationships with retailers and decision-makers to secure product placement.
Requirements:
- Fluent in Italian and English.
- Experience in cold calling and B2B sales (junior profiles will be considered).
- CRM proficiency and confident objection-handling skills.
- Resilient, organised, autonomous, and great at building rapport.
- Knowledge of the cosmetics industry is an advantage but not essential (full training provided).
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Self-motivated, target-driven and able to work independently in a remote setting.

A statutory base plus a generous commission structure based on successful sales (paid monthly).
3-month contract (1st September to 30th November 2025) with the potential to be extended depending on success
Commitment of 2 hours/day on business days (flexible but regular hours)
