Pay and Mileage
Weekly pay: $1,300–$1,500 depending on experience
Mileage pay: $0.55–$0.65 CPM based on experience
Average weekly miles: 1,900–2,200
Freight: Dry van, 40% live load, 60% drop & hook, 100% no-touch (lumpers paid when required)
Bonuses: Up to $0.08 CPM for fuel efficiency, safety, and performance
Home Time and Perks
Home every other week with 34–48 hour reset
Pet-friendly: One dog under 30 lbs allowed from Day 1
Rider policy: Passenger allowed from Day 1
Paid orientation including travel, hotel, and training

Trucks: Freightliner, Kenworth T680, International (2020 & newer)

Trainee Program
Open to recent CDL-A graduates with 120+ hours from an accredited school
Paid training: $650/week for 4–6 weeks (regional & OTR)
Home every other week during training (34–48 hours)
Dog and rider policies apply after training completion
Requirements
Must be 21+ with valid Class A CDL
Clean driving record: No major accidents, tickets, or suspensions in the last 5 years
Stable 10-year work history with no unexplained gaps
No DUI/DWI, felonies, or misdemeanors in the last 10 years
Must pass urine and hair follicle drug screening
Income Potential
Annual earnings range: $62,400–$75,000
