Were seeking experienced RPG Developers with strong expertise in Card Management Systems (CMS) and Microservices Architecture to work on mission-critical financial platforms. This role involves modernizing legacy IBM i (AS/400) systems, integrating with cloud-native services, and ensuring system reliability in a regulated environment.

Key Responsibilities:

Develop & maintain applications using RPG IV / ILE RPG on IBM i (AS/400).

Enhance & support CMS functions card issuance, authorization, settlement & lifecycle management.

Build microservices (Java/Spring Boot) for integration with legacy & third-party systems.

Lead system integration, troubleshoot issues & drive modernization initiatives.

Ensure compliance with PCI-DSS and best coding practices.

Mentor junior engineers & maintain technical documentation.

Required Qualifications:

Bachelors in Computer Science/IT or related field.

6+ years RPG IV/ILE RPG on IBM i (AS/400).

Proven experience in CMS platforms (FSS CMS, VisionPLUS, TSYS, or similar).

Strong skills in Java/Spring Boot microservices development.

Expertise in ISO 8583, payment switches & relational databases (DB2, PostgreSQL, Oracle).

Preferred Skills:

Docker/Kubernetes, AWS/Azure/GCP.

Kafka, IBM MQ, API Gateway experience.

Banking/Payments/Fintech industry background.
