Role Overview:
We are seeking a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) to join our multidisciplinary team. The ideal candidate will be passionate about helping patients navigate mental health challenges, providing high-quality therapeutic services, and collaborating with psychiatric providers to ensure comprehensive treatment plans.
Key Responsibilities:
Provide individual, group, and family therapy sessions (telehealth and in-home visits).
Conduct psychosocial assessments and develop individualized treatment plans.
Coordinate care with psychiatric nurse practitioners, primary care providers, and case managers.
Maintain timely and accurate clinical documentation in the EHR.
Provide crisis intervention and supportive counseling as needed.
Educate patients and families about mental health conditions, coping strategies, and available resources.Requirements:
Qualifications:
Active and unrestricted Nevada LCSW license.
Master’s degree in Social Work from an accredited institution.
At least 1 year of post-licensure clinical experience (mental health focus preferred).
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative care team.
