About the Role:
We are seeking a motivated and customer-focused Part-Time Customer Service Representative to join our State Farm insurance agency. Our agency prides itself on delivering personalized service in a supportive and team-oriented environment. This role serves as the frontline contact for customers, providing professional and efficient service. The successful candidate will be required to obtain a Georgia Property & Casualty insurance license, with training and support provided.
Key Responsibilities:
Respond to inbound calls, assist walk-in clients, and manage customer communications professionally
Update and maintain insurance policies, including vehicle, drivers, and coverage changes
Process payments and provide proof of insurance to clients
Transfer calls to the appropriate claims or sales team members as needed
Conduct policy reviews with existing customers to ensure coverage meets their needs
Assist with applications and send appointment reminders
Maintain accurate records of customer interactions
Supporting various administrative tasksQualifications:
Must obtain GA Property & Casualty insurance license
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Detail-oriented with good organizational skills
Ability to multitask and work efficiently
Customer service experience preferred
