Territory Sales Representative

Location: New Jersey

Compensation: $75,000 - $85,000 base salary + commission (Approx. $120,000 - $125,000 OTE)

Position Overview: Our client is seeking a results-driven Territory Sales Representative (TSR) to manage and grow sales within a New Jersey market. This role will be responsible for executing approved sales and marketing strategies, maintaining strong relationships with customers, and increasing market share within the assigned territory.Key Responsibilities:

Manage and grow sales within assigned distribution accounts.

Build strong relationships with roofing contractors, remodelers, builders, and architects to generate product demand.

Deliver presentations on products and programs to distributors and end users.

Conduct product knowledge training sessions for customers.

Monitor and manage territory pricing in response to competitive activity.

Respond promptly to customer inquiries and administrative follow-ups.

Submit weekly intelligence reports and maintain consistent communication with internal stakeholders.

Represent the company at industry events, training sessions, and internal meetings.

Comply with company health, safety, and vehicle policies.

What You'll Receive:

Base salary of $75,000 - $85,000 per annum + commission (OTE: $120,000 - $125,000)

Ideal Candidate Profile:

Associate's Degree required; Bachelor's Degree preferred

Valid driver's license with clean record

Minimum of 3 years of sales experience in the building products industry preferred

Experience selling to roofing contractors, builders, and/or architects highly valued

Previous formal sales training is a plus

Must be comfortable working both independently and on the road

Flexibility to work evenings and weekends as needed

Additional Information:

Position requires up to 100% travel within the territory

Must have authorization to work in the U.S.

Willingness to relocate for future growth opportunities is an asset
