Key Responsibilities
1. Social Media & Online Presence
* Analyze social media trends, audience preferences, and track SEO/web traffic metrics.
* Manage social media handles, ensuring consistent brand presence and engagement.
2. Strategy & Planning
* Develop and align digital marketing strategies with business goals.
* Set measurable objectives and monitor ROI for all campaigns.
3. Content Creation & Management
* Create and publish engaging content (text, photos, videos, creatives) across digital platforms.
* Design and manage account visuals including profile pictures, covers, and layouts.
4. Audience Engagement
* Engage with followers, respond to queries, and monitor online reviews.
* Build strong online communities and maintain positive brand reputation.
5. Collaboration
* Work with marketing, sales, and customer service teams to ensure brand consistency.
* Coordinate digital campaigns to support sales and promotional activities.
6. Paid Campaigns & Promotions
* Implement and manage paid social media campaigns, Google Ads, and online promotions.
* Stay updated with the latest trends, tools, and applications in digital marketing.
Requirements
* Minimum 2 years of proven experience in digital marketing or social media management.
* Strong knowledge of SEO, SEM, Google Analytics, Facebook Ads, Instagram Ads, and other digital tools.
* Proficiency in content creation, copywriting, and basic graphic design.
* Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
* Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
* Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with creativity in campaign execution.
