Key Responsibilities
1. Office Administration
* Manage day-to-day office tasks, filing, and documentation.
* Handle correspondence and maintain office records.
* Assist in scheduling meetings and supporting management in routine tasks.
2. Computer & Typing Work
* Prepare letters, reports, and maintain digital records using MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
* Perform accurate and fast data entry & typing for office documents.
* Support email drafting, internet research, and online form submissions.
3. Coordination & Support
* Coordinate with staff and departments to ensure smooth workflow.
4. Field Support (if required)
* Travel locally for office-related work, courier/document delivery, or coordination.
* Assist in handling official errands using personal two-wheeler(fuel charges will be reimbursed by the office).
Requirements
* Minimum Qualification: 10th Pass (Higher qualification will be an advantage).
* Experience: At least 2 years of prior experience in office/administrative work.
* Must know how to operate a computer (MS Office, Email, Internet).
* Must have typing skills (English/Hindi, regional language preferred).
* Must possess a two-wheeler with valid driving license.
* Good communication skills and ability to work independently.
