Executive Administrative Assistant

Job Description

Due to our fast-paced growth, we are seeking an Executive Assistant. This position has sole responsibility to one of the owners, who is also leading and managing the Sales division on a daily basis. You will shadow the Owner, understand his primary responsibilities, and simplify and organize his time. He is high energy, high pressure, enthusiastic and always moving forward.

Very strong organization, time management, and follow-up skills are needed. Ability to act and react in a timely manner is essential. Must have strong computer skills (Microsoft Office with Excel) that will tie into analytical responsibilities.
