Job Summary

As an NAPMP* Awadee company, we are seeking a dedicated security professional to manage data protection, research security responsibilities, and project administrative operations. The candidate will be responsible for managing to ensure compliance with U.S. government requirements and efficient program execution.

Duties / Responsibilities

· Develop and implement security policies aligned with U.S. federal requirements

· Identify and manage CUI (Controlled Unclassified Information) and apply appropriate protection mechanisms

· Design and operation of the research security program, continuous improvement, and compliance management

· Support tasks related to the research project, including reporting and documentation.

· Conduct system security assessments and manage risk mitigation plans

· Deliver internal training programs and raise security awareness

· Liaise with external partners and government agencies on security-related matters

Requirement

· Practical knowledge of U.S. government security frameworks

· Experience managing research security for government-funded projects

· Familiarity with audit readiness and security certification processes

· Must be legally eligible to work in the United States (U.S. Citizen or Green Card holder)

Qualification

· Strong technical writing and communication skills (English)

· Ability to work independently and collaboratively

· Detail-oriented with structured problem-solving skills

Education

Bachelor’s degree or higher in Cybersecurity, Computer Science, Public Policy, Law, or related fields with 3-5 years of job experienceCompany Description
