About the Role

As a Senior Software Engineer on the Client Portals team at DriveWealth, you will be a full-stack software engineer where you'll play a critical role in building and maintaining high-impact interfaces used daily by internal teams and partners to run brokerage operations. This is a highly cross-functional role where you will collaborate with product, operations, relationship management, and other engineering teams to deliver seamless, performant, and scalable solutions. You’ll work across the stack—from front-end web portals to our Java-based APIs, post-trade batch processing systems, low-latency execution infrastructure, and observability platforms.

What You'll Do

Build critical UI workflows, reporting tools, and account management modules for thousands of operational users using Typescript and ReactJS

Contribute design, development, and maintenance of scalable, secure, and high-performing API services and batch processing jobs using Java

Collaborate with product, risk, operations, legal, and compliance teams to align on requirements

Work within your team to set and execute specific goals and deliverables

Partner with business and engineering leaders to design, develop, test, and launch new applications

What You'll Need

5+ years of experience building UI web applications with ReactJS and Typescript.

3+ years of experience with reliable and high throughput distributed systems

Professional working knowledge of Java fundamentals, data structures, and best practices for modern software development

Build and integrate End to End workflows, from RESTful APIs, batch processes, and microservices to Client Portal UI interfaces

Deploy, manage, and optimize UI and Backend services on AWS and K8 (e.g., EC2, Lambda, S3, RDS, DynamoDB, API Gateway)

Must understand how to write effective unit and integration tests with Gherkin syntax

Knowledge of SQL and No-SQL databases

Experience in agile software development and production deployment

Passion for developing scalable, well-designed software

Experience with a 24x7, highly-available architecture

Strong technical writing skills

Strong verbal communication skills. An ability to explain technical concepts and designs understandably to a broad audience

Compensation

Compensation package offerings are based on candidate experience and technical qualifications, as it relates to the role. These are identified and determined throughout your interviewing experience.

Lithuania pay range

€5.200—€5.700 EUR
