Job Description
We are seeking an Accounting Assistant - Property Management to become an integral part of our team! We are a full-service property management company with real estate sales, and a maintenance service company all operated out of the same office.
Responsibilities:
Posting hours and expenses to billings
Closing work orders and sending to owners
Billing and Invoicing from time sheets
Working with Managers to accumulate time sheets and expenses
Collection of past due invoices
Good organization skills
Ability to work with various team members
QuickBooks invoicing
Keep accurate records in accordance with company standards
Perform all other office tasks as assigned.
Qualifications:
Previous experience in billing, finance, or other related fields
QuickBooks
Attention to detail
Computer knowledge
Customer Service oriented
Experience in data entry
Knowledge of standard accounting procedures
Ability to prioritize and multitask
