Job Description
Core Working hours are 9:00am to 3:00pm, Monday, Wednesday and Friday.
Flexibility to cover for planned and unplanned absences of Full-Time Order Processor.
Essential Duties:
Retrieve customer orders via email and online sources
Process order information and distribute detail to production
Daily order invoicing
Handle sample requests
Cross-train with Full-Time Order Processor to cover planned and unplanned absences
Assist with ordering of office supplies and calling for service for office equipment
Back up phone assistance to main switchboard

MS Office experience: word, outlook, excel, TEAMS
Experience:
Database experience preferred, AS 400 experience strongly preferred
1 year of office work experience required
Experience in sales and order processing in a manufacturing setting is a plus
