Position: Director – Research

Type: Full-time Senior Leadership Role

Key Responsibilities:

Lead the development and implementation of the University’s research strategy.

Foster interdisciplinary research collaborations within and outside the University.

Guide faculty and scholars in securing research grants and funding.

Oversee research quality, compliance, and ethical standards.

Build strategic partnerships with industries, research bodies, and academic institutions.

Eligibility Criteria:

Qualification: Ph.D. in a relevant discipline from a recognized institution.

Experience: Minimum 15 years in academics/research, with at least 5 years in a senior research leadership role.

Proven track record of high-quality publications, patents, or funded research projects.

Strong leadership, networking, and grant-writing skills.
