Why Join Us?Competitive compensation and benefitsGrowth opportunities in a thriving industry A supportive and collaborative work environmentThe chance to make a real impact on our commercial projectsKey Responsibilities:Safety First:Champion a safety-first culture across all job functionsConduct comprehensive jobsite inspections to ensure secure working conditionsProactively address safety concerns, collaborating with customers to resolve issues promptlySales & Revenue Growth:Meet and exceed monthly and annual sales targetsProactively build and manage customer relationships through sales calls and business developmentPrepare accurate estimates and detailed proposals for customer review and approvalSecure competitive pricing from subcontractors and suppliersTrack and manage sales opportunities using Salesforce (or CRM software)Handle monthly billing with accuracy and maintain 90% of total accounts receivable at 0–61 daysEffective Communication & Documentation:Produce comprehensive project documentation, including job setup sheets, submittals, and shop drawingsConduct thorough contract reviews to ensure alignment between engineering and production teamsOversee project closeout documentation for smooth transitions to admin, production, and service teamsRegularly update Work in Progress (WIP) reports, budget adjustments, and communicate progress to key stakeholdersFoster collaboration with production teams to minimize cost overrunsConduct regular site visits to monitor progress and ensure quality standardsParticipate in weekly commercial department meetings and other team sessions as neededContinuous Learning & Improvement:Stay current on industry advancements and new technologiesEngage in ongoing professional development and trainingAct as a mentor and leader, guiding teams to achieve quality and efficiency Requirements: Required Skills & Qualifications:Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience Proven customer service and sales experience Proficiency with Salesforce or similar CRM softwareStrong organizational skills and goal-driven mindset Proficient in MS Office (Outlook, Word, Excel)Experience in construction or field workHVAC (mechanical) expertise Estimating experience Eligibility RequirementsEmployment/education will be verified.Applicants must be currently authorized to work in the United States on a full-time basisEncon is a drug free workplace and requires post-offer pre-employment drug testing.Valid drivers license and reliable vehicle.
