Chandler, AZ (Hybrid) Full-Time Truly Investor Capital

As a Closing Specialist, youll play a key role in our mission: providing real estate investors with fast, reliable financing for rental portfolios, bridge loans, new construction, and rehab projects. What You'll Do:

Own the closing process from title clearance through funding for complex business-purpose loans

Collaborate directly with escrow officers, attorneys, and our internal team to clear conditions and coordinate timelines

Review and finalize ALTA/HUD settlement statements, and wire instructions with extreme attention to detail

Anticipate issues before they become problems, escalating appropriately and ensuring deals close on time

Ensure compliance with internal legal guidelines and investor requirements

Deliver white-glove service to our clients, referral partners, and sales team

What You'll Need:

2+ years of experience in real estate closings (preferably private lending or investor-focused loans)

Deep familiarity with closing disclosures, settlement statements, and title documentation

Ability to manage multiple files in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment

Clear written and verbal communication skills (youll be interfacing with attorneys, investors, and internal stakeholders daily)

Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook; experience with Encompass or similar LOS preferred

Bonus Points If You Have:

Experience with DSCR, bridge, or fix-and-flip lending

A background in escrow, title, or attorney-led closings

A mindset for solving problemsnot just processing tasks
