Job Summary

This is a client-facing role for high-performing finance professionals who want to be deeply involved in live deal execution. Associates work in small, agile deal teams and are expected to engage directly with clients, lead presentations, and manage relationships throughout the transaction lifecycle. While financial modeling and analysis are part of the role, the firm prioritizes candidates who can confidently communicate with business owners, advisors, and internal stakeholders. Ideal backgrounds include investment banking, transaction advisory services (TAS), corporate development, and commercial banking. Execution is centralized in Columbus, and the firm strongly prefers in-office collaboration.

Requirements

5+ years of experience in investment banking, TAS, corporate development, or commercial banking.

FINRA licenses (SIE, 79, 63) preferred or willingness to obtain.

Willingness to work full-time in Columbus, OH.

Strong client-facing skills and ability to manage relationships.

Ability to contribute beyond just modeling-proactive, communicative, and team-oriented.

Qualifications

Proven track record of working on complex transactions.

Experience with ESOPs is a plus but not required.

MBA, JD, CFA, or other advanced credentials are welcomed but not mandatory.

High emotional intelligence and strong interpersonal skills.
