HVAC Sales Engineer.
Responsibilities:
Identify and develop new business opportunities in the HVAC sector within Qatar.
Promote and sell HVAC systems, products, and solutions to contractors, consultants, and end-users.
Prepare and present technical and commercial proposals to clients.
Work closely with the design and engineering teams to provide technical support and ensure client requirements are met.
Conduct site visits to understand customer needs and provide appropriate solutions.
Negotiate terms and close sales deals in line with company policies.
Maintain relationships with existing customers and ensure after-sales support.
Achieve monthly and annual sales targets.
Stay updated on market trends, competitor activities, and product developments.
Qualifications & Skills:
Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical Engineering or related field.
Minimum 3–5 years of HVAC sales experience in Qatar or GCC.
Strong knowledge of HVAC systems, applications, and industry standards.
Proven track record in meeting and exceeding sales targets.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
Valid Qatar Driving License preferred.
Additional Requirements:
Familiarity with Qatar market regulations and tendering process.
