Equipment Maintenance Technician

The Equipment Maintenance Technician is responsible for ensuring optimal performance of production equipment used in medical device manufacturing. Duties include troubleshooting and repairing mechanical, electrical, pneumatic, and laser-based systems; performing preventive maintenance; calibrating and testing machinery; and supporting production teams to minimize downtime. This role requires hands-on technical skills, adherence to safety protocols, and the ability to read and interpret equipment manuals, schematics, and work instructions. Experience in a manufacturing environment, particularly in medical devices or precision assembly, is preferred.
