The Administrative Assistant may be working in these areas: Gas Distribution scheduling support, Manager support or special projects.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES FOR ADMINISTRATIVE ASSISTANT: Purchase card reconciliation for truck permitting.
MDOT permit processing.
Processing of Gas Distribution site checks.Processing permit requests for various municipalities.Submission of Miss Dig Tickets.Verbal and written customer communication / coordination for Gas Distribution work.
SKILLS PREFERED FOR ADMINISTRATIVE ASSISTANT: SAP Front/Back OfficePlotter and Scanner operation (preferred)
