Senior UX/UI Designer

Position Overview We are seeking two experienced Senior UI/UX Designers to join our fast-paced startup environment.

This role is heavily focused on UI design (70%) with UX responsibilities (30%), requiring candidates with technical, industrial, or systems-oriented design backgrounds.

The ideal candidate will have experience spanning both physical product design and digital design, or strong foundations in Human-Computer Interaction (HCI). Key ResponsibilitiesExecute UI-heavy design work with exceptional creativity, translating art direction into compelling user experiencesTake full ownership of projects from concept to delivery while meeting deadlines and quality standardsCollaborate with design team to maintain consistency across all products and platformsCreate wireframes, prototypes, and mockups using Figma and other design toolsConduct user research and usability testing to inform design decisionsWork closely with engineers to implement designs within technical constraintsLead design reviews and presentations for leadership teamIncorporate business objectives into design process with strong business acumen Required Qualifications3+ years of professional design experienceStrong online portfolio demonstrating technical/industrial design backgroundExperience with both physical product design and digital design preferredBackground in Human-Computer Interaction (HCI) highly valuedProficiency in Figma, Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign)Experience with Notion, Slack, Linear.app, and similar collaboration toolsProven ability to work closely with engineering teamsExcellent communication skills and ability to articulate design decisionsStartup experience preferred with demonstrated ability to thrive in dynamic environments
