Join our team as a Master Production Scheduler and help us deliver smarter, faster, and more reliable manufacturing solutions.

What You’ll DoCreate and manage daily/weekly production schedules based on customer demand and inventory targets.Collaborate with teams across Production, Supply Chain, Packaging, and Customer Service to ensure schedule adherence.Conduct long-term capacity planning and identify bottlenecks to improve throughput.Maintain accurate data in ERP/MRP systems and generate performance reports for leadership.Influence plant operations and inventory strategies as part of the plant staff team.

What We’re Looking ForBachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Business, Math, Statistics, or related field.5–7 years of experience in supply chain operations or MRP (technical or process role).Strong analytical and communication skills with a results-oriented mindset.Experience with scheduling tools and forecasting systems; APICS certification is a plus.Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word and Excel).
