Site Managers (x2) - Substation Projects - M&E Focused Locations: Bedford & Rainham (UKPN Framework) '? Rate: £400/ day (CIS) Duration: 6 Months ?-? Principal Contractor Role

We are currently seeking two experienced Site Managers to join our team on high-profile substation projects in Reading and Epping. These roles are offered on a CIS contract basis and will run for an initial 6-month period, with strong potential for extension.

Both sites are post-civils, so the focus is now on M&E delivery. You'll be instrumental in driving the mechanical and electrical phases to completion, ensuring quality, safety, and programme adherence. ? Key Responsibilities:

Oversee daily site operations and coordinate M&E subcontractors

Ensure compliance with HSE regulations and company procedures

Manage site documentation, RAMS, and progress reporting

Liaise with clients, engineers, and project stakeholders

Drive programme delivery and resolve on-site issues efficiently Requirements:

Proven experience managing M&E works on substation or similar infrastructure projects

Strong knowledge of SSE or UKPN standards (depending on location)

SMSTS, First Aid, and relevant electrical qualifications preferred

Excellent communication and leadership skills

Ability to work independently and manage multiple trades on site Contract Details:

Start: ASAP

Rate: £400/ day (CIS)

Duration: 6 months
