We’re a growing personal injury law firm, and we’re looking for a Client Success Coordinator to be the trusted guide for our clients from the moment we hire a client to the day their case closes.
What You’ll Do:
Be the voice and heart of our firm for clients during some of their toughest days.
Keep clients updated, answer questions, and make sure they feel informed and cared for.
Coordinate appointments, deadlines, and case milestones with our legal team.
Organize case information in our system (Clio) so nothing slips through the cracks.
Anticipate client needs and help solve problems before they arise.
What We’re Looking For:
Strong communicator who can explain complex things in plain English.
Highly organized and able to juggle multiple priorities.
Empathetic, patient, and professional in every interaction.
Comfortable with technology and quick to learn new systems (Clio experience is a plus).
Bonus: Experience in a law firm or personal injury environment, or bilingual skills (Spanish preferred).
