Small Engine Repair

Job Description

Viking is seeking a small engine repair tech to join our team in our Belfast shop. Viking primarily service's and sell's Sthil equipment, lawn mowers, chain saws & weed trimmers. Qualified individual would perform maintenance and service work, as well as access and diagnoses of small engines.

Duties include but are not limited to:

Perform routine and preventive maintenance, such as oil changes, lubrication and air filter replacements.

Repair or replace broke, worn, or defective parts, and reassemble and reinstall components and engines

Test and inspect engines for malfunctions, missing parts

Documentation of work preformed and parts used for proper and accurate billing

Communication with customers to discuss equipment issues, and work performed.

Selling and processing Sthil equipment purchases, parts and accessories to customers

Qualifications/Requirements:

Experience in small engine repair - Required

Sthil certification - Preferred
