Resort Sales Coordinator

Job Description

We are seeking a Resort Sales Coordinator to join our team! You will be responsible for helping customers with Guest Services, Group Events (Weddings & Retreats), Catering, and Marketing.

Responsibilities:

Handle customer inquiries and complaints at Front Desk

Assisting clients with Catering Menu and Logistics with Kitchen Team

Responding to all Online Booking Agencies and conducting Tours

Booking Group Bookings and contracts and collecting payment

Creating Marketing Campaigns on Social Media

Qualifications:

Previous experience in customer service, Hotel, Resorts, Sales, or other related fields

Ability to build rapport with clients

Ability to prioritize and multitask

Positive and professional demeanor

Excellent written and verbal communication skills
