We are seeking dedicated and hardworking individuals to join our meat processing team during the hunting season. As a Meat Processing Technician, you will be responsible for processing deer meat into various products, including sausage, ground venison, venison jerky, and venison steaks.

We actually pay per box of completed product so the hourly is a very rough estimate of earning potential and this is a great way to make some extra money before Christmas!
Responsibilities:
Process deer meat into various products according to customer requests.
Follow food safety guidelines and maintain a clean work environment.
Operate meat processing equipment, including grinders, slicers, and packaging machines.
Prepare and package meat products for customers.
Assist with receiving and storing incoming deer carcasses.
Qualifications:
Previous experience in meat processing or a related field is preferred but not required.
Knowledge of food safety and sanitation practices.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet tight deadlines.
Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
Ability to lift heavy objects and work in a cold environment.
Good communication and customer service skills.
