IT Test Analyst/ QA

Role: IT Test Analyst/ QA (Manhattan Active Omni)

Location: Columbus, Ohio 43230 (Hybrid)

Duration: 12 Months – Temporary Assignment

Join the BBW QA Team to perform test preparation and execution for IT Applications (Inventory & Manhattan Active Omni).

Work cross-functionally in an onshore/offshore model, reporting to the QA Manager.

Responsibilities include creating/modifying test cases, executing tests, logging defects, collaborating with teams, and ensuring quality delivery on time.

Requirements

Retail experience preferred

Inventory management systems (inbound/outbound interfaces)

OMS and Manhattan Active Omni experience (preferred)

SDLC knowledge (Waterfall, Iterative, Agile)

Experience with HP ALM, JIRA, or similar tools

Strong communication, collaboration, and documentation skills
