Job Description Particle Technology Labs (PTL) is looking for a detail-oriented and highly organized Quality Assurance Admin Assistant to support our compliance and laboratory teams in maintaining high standards of quality and documentation integrity.
This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a structured environment and takes pride in ensuring accuracy and consistency across quality processes.
Key ResponsibilitiesEdit, print, and file QA and laboratory Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and forms.Monitor SOP and form revision schedules; initiate drafts and assist QA staff throughout the revision process.Maintain and update QA and laboratory binders, ensuring current revisions and indexes are properly recorded, filed, and archived.Manage departmental spreadsheets to track documentation and compliance metrics.Provide and process required forms for project and training documentation in a timely manner.Initiate and coordinate training documents for new employees and monthly staff trainings.Create and update training records and curriculum vitae for all staff.Coordinate and complete client quality questionnaires and quality-related requests.Manage the vendor qualification system, ensuring documentation is complete and up to date.Provide general administrative and project support to the Quality Assurance team as needed.
