Job Type Full-time Description We are actively hiring for a full-time Senior Consultant-HR Operations & Strategy to join our Human Resources Consulting team in our Reading, PA - corporate office.
This position leads and supports complex HR initiatives internally and across our client base, requiring a deep understanding of HR best practices, a strong business acumen, and the ability to influence and drive change at all levels.
This role acts as a trusted advisor to our clients and other consultants providing expert guidance on organizational development, talent management, compliance and workforce planning.
Additionally, it serves as the primary client contact and is responsible for the retention and expansion of clients.
Key Responsibilities:Partner with clients to understand and provide solutions for both short- term and long-term needsProvide expertise in multiple HR disciplines including organizational design and development, HR compliance and planningDesign & deliver training programs on an as needed basisConduct HR audits and assessments to ensure adherence to laws and policiesProvide interim senior level HR supportAnalyze HR metrics and provide recommendationsMentor and collaborate with other consultantsBuild relationships with current and prospective clients which may include working on proposals RequirementsBachelor’s degree in business, human resources, or a related fieldSHRM-CP or similar certification (CCP, Training, ASTD, Coaching) preferredMinimum of 8-10 years' experience in HR working with business owners and/or C-suiteProven track record in strategic HR planning and execution Strong knowledge of employment law, HR systems, and best practicesExcellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skillsAbility to build and maintain relationships with senior-level executives and make impactful presentationsExpert in a specific HR disciplineIndustry specific knowledge in financial services Proficient in MS Office as well as HR analytics tools and platformsExperience with a variety of HRIS, Payroll, Performance Management, etc.
