MEMS Fab Production Scheduler
Description -
What a MEMS Fab Production Scheduler does at HP:
Develop, maintain, and update daily and monthly production schedules for the wafer fabrication process.
Coordinate and support cross-functional teams in MFI, including production, engineering, and planning, to ensure efficient and timely production.
Manage material and understand equipment constraints and throughput for production runs, ensuring all necessary resources are available when needed.
Update and populate scheduling systems and databases to ensure accuracy and availability of production data.
Highlight any production schedule conflicts, delays, or changes, and communicate with stakeholders
Work with procurement and inventory management teams to ensure materials are available for production.
Monitor production status, including any delays or issues that may arise.
Ensure compliance with safety, environmental, and quality standards throughout production scheduling activities.
Individuals who do well in this role at HP, usually possess:
Bachelors OR Diploma in a relevant field (Electrical, Mechanical, Industrial Engineering, Supply Chain Management (or equivalent work experience).
Previous experience in wafer fabrication or semiconductor manufacturing is preferred.
Strong knowledge of production scheduling and planning software (e.g. S4, equivalent).
Ability to analyze and interpret data to make informed decisions.
Excellent problem-solving, communication, and interpersonal skills.
Detail-oriented with the ability to multitask and meet tight deadlines.
Strong understanding of wafer fab production processes and terminology.
