Overview
Rogue Fitness is seeking a skilled Senior Manufacturing Sourcing Agent to join our supply chain team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for sourcing high-quality raw materials, components, and manufacturing services to support our production of world-class fitness equipment. This role requires strong negotiation skills, industry knowledge, and a commitment to maintaining Rogue's standards of excellence in quality and efficiency.
The Senior Manufacturing Sourcing Agent is a fully onsite role in Columbus, Ohio. Remote work is not available.

Responsibilities
Develop and execute a strategic sourcing vision to secure high-quality domestic and international suppliers for raw materials, components, and manufacturing services, aligning with Rogue's long-term business objectives
Lead complex contract negotiations, securing favorable pricing, terms, and service agreements while ensuring uncompromising quality and scalability
Foster and maintain strategic partnerships with key suppliers, driving collaboration to enhance innovation, reliability, and sustainability in the supply chain
Partner closely with cross-functional teams, including product development, engineering, production, and quality assurance, to align sourcing strategies with advanced product specifications and manufacturing goals
Design and implement robust, scalable processes for supplier management, ensuring clear documentation, repeatable workflows, and compliance with Rogue's operational standards
Proactively monitor and evaluate supplier performance, ensuring adherence to delivery schedules, quality benchmarks, and Rogue's ethical and sustainability standards
Conduct in-depth market analysis to identify emerging trends, innovative suppliers, and advanced cost-optimization strategies within the global manufacturing supply chain
Lead supplier risk management initiatives, including anticipating and mitigating supply chain disruptions through sophisticated contingency planning and scenario analysis
Mentor and guide junior team members, fostering a culture of continuous improvement and strategic thinking within the supply chain team
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, Engineering, or a related field; Master's degree or MBA preferred
7+ years of progressive experience in sourcing, procurement, or supply chain management, with at least 3 years in a senior or leadership role, ideally within manufacturing, fitness equipment, or related industries
Deep expertise in manufacturing processes, particularly metal fabrication, industrial components, or packaging, with a strong understanding of global supply chain dynamics
Demonstrated success in leading high-stakes negotiations, achieving cost savings, and building resilient supplier networks that support business growth
Advanced analytical skills, with experience leveraging data-driven insights to inform sourcing strategies and mitigate risks
Exceptional leadership and communication skills, with the ability to influence cross-functional stakeholders and drive alignment on strategic initiatives
Proven ability to manage complex, global supply chains, including navigating international trade regulations, tariffs, and logistics challenges
Strong commitment to ethical sourcing, sustainability, and compliance with industry standards
Proficiency in ERP systems, supply chain software, and market research tools; familiarity with Lean or Six Sigma methodologies is a plus
