We’re looking for a dynamic and versatile Senior Business Analyst to play a pivotal role in our asset management and IT asset disposition organization. This role is crucial for driving data-informed decision-making and operational efficiency as we scale.

Key Responsibilities:

Strategic & Operational Analysis: Analyze core business metrics throughout the ITAD lifecycle and identify trends and opportunities to enhance margin and service quality.

Process Mapping & Optimization: Collaborate with various teams to document and improve workflows, identifying opportunities for automation and digitization.

Cross-Functional Project Support: Lead or support strategic initiatives, acting as a liaison between technical teams and business stakeholders to ensure clear communication and successful project outcomes.

Data-Driven Insights & Reporting: Develop compelling reports that effectively present complex data and inform strategic decision-making.

Ad Hoc Problem Solving: Address evolving priorities, including market analyses, customer portal optimization, and ROI modeling.

Qualifications:

10+ years of experience in business analysis, strategy consulting, or operations, preferably in logistics, asset management, or IT services.

Proven ability to streamline operations and improve performance using structured process frameworks.

Expertise in process improvement methodologies; Lean Six Sigma Black Belt certification preferred.

Strong analytical skills with the ability to reconcile and validate large datasets.

Excellent communication skills to bridge technical and business requirements.

Proficient in Excel, SQL, Power BI/Tableau, and project management tools like Smartsheet.

Self-motivated and adaptable, capable of thriving in a dynamic environment.
