Description:

We are looking for a detail-oriented and organized Document Controller to join our team.

The ideal candidate should have excellent administrative skills, strong document management experience, and the ability to handle office correspondence efficiently.

Requirements: Proven experience as a Document Controller, Secretary, or in a similar administrative role.

Proficiency in MS Office and document management systems.

Strong organizational and time management skills.

Excellent written and verbal communication in English (Arabic is a plus). Ability to handle confidential information with professionalism.

Responsibilities: Maintain and manage all project-related documents in an organized manner.

Prepare and edit correspondence, reports, and other documents.

Coordinate meetings, schedules, and office communications.

Ensure proper filing and version control of documents.
