Night Shift Charge Nurse - 7pm-7am, 36 hours per week
Full Time Sign-on Bonus: $2500
What You'll Do:
As a Registered Nurse, you will be essential in promoting the health, comfort, and overall well-being of our residents. Your duties will encompass a range of responsibilities including assessing patient conditions, crafting and implementing personalized care plans, administering medications, and collaborating closely with healthcare professionals to deliver comprehensive care.
Key Responsibilities:
Conduct thorough patient assessments and create individualized care plans
Administer medications, treatments, and IV therapies as directed
Monitor and document patient vital signs and relevant medical information
Deliver wound care and implement other nursing interventions as needed
Work collaboratively with the interdisciplinary team to ensure holistic and effective care
Oversee and support Licensed Practical Nurses (LPNs) and Certified Nurse Assistants (CNAs) in providing excellent care

What You'll Bring:
To qualify for the Registered Nurse position, you should possess:
A valid state license as a Registered Nurse (RN)
A compassionate and empathetic approach to patient care
An interest in caring for the elderly and chronically ill, demonstrating the ability to work with diverse patient needs
Strong clinical skills paired with critical thinking abilities
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
The ability to thrive in a multidisciplinary team environment
